2 Peter 1:2 NLT “May God give you more and more grace and peace as you grow in your knowledge of God and Jesus our Lord.

This scripture reminds us that God gives “more and more” grace as our knowledge of Him grows. He is such a generous God and knows what we can handle at each stage in our lives. As we grow ( mature) in our knowledge of Jesus, our capacity expands and He gives us more abundant grace. My Pastor calls this the economy of grace: as we grow in God, we receive grace and when we use/deploy the grace to advance the kingdom and God gives us more grace.

Further in 2 Peter 3:18, it exhorts us to Grow in grace AND the knowledge of God. We know God through His word so Set your hearts today to learn of Him and you will find that the grace & favor of God will follow “more & more”.
